Meg Fofonoff founded and served as Founder & Artistic Producer of Fiddlehead Theatre Company (FTC), from 1993–2016. FTC, a professional, award-winning entity, produced plays and musicals in Boston and beyond. Ms. Fofonoff has moved on to a new chapter, establishing Art Lab LLC, a producer of commercial theater on Broadway as well as in Massachusetts and beyond. Art Lab has been a producer on the Tony Award-winning The Cher Show; Head Over Heels; Come From Away (London); It Happened in Key West (London); and the Broadway-bound Little Dancer (directed and choreographed by Susan Stroman with music and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty). Over the past years, in the newly derived  virtual arena for theater, Art Lab has been the producer/director of virtual musicals such as Disenchanted (December 2020), Amour (April 2021), First Date(July 2021) as well as two theatre-based online series, “The Show Must Go On Show” and “Art Lab Presents.” Off Broadway and beyond Art Lab has also produced live, The Muse Sessions, A Closer Walk with Patsy Cline, A Night with Rachel York and is soon to open Mum’s The Word(A Musical Celebration of Mothers). Art Lab is a member of the Broadway League and The National Alliance of Musical Theatre. Ms. Fofonoff is a member of The League of Professional Theatre Women. She is a Board Member of The American Theatre Wing and on The Board of Trustees of The College Light Opera Company and The Marine Biological Laboratories.
